"Organization of production of cross-linked foamed polyethylene"

The goal of the project: the organization of production of profitable and market demanded product. 

Stipulated by the project:    

1. Complex line acquisition for the production of cross-linked foamed polyethylene with the capacity of 150 kg/hour (1300 t/year).
2. Organization of product output with the following characteristics:

• maximum width of material: 2,2 ì;
• thickness of material:  3 - 20 ìì;
• density of material: 25 - 200 kg/ì³.

Areas of application of cross-linked foamed polyethylene:

Building industry:

• Leaves for concrete covering  
• Impact - acoustic insulation
• Pipe insulation
• Vibrodamping and others.

Sports and recreation:

• Tourist  rags
• Seating cushions and seating rags  
• Mats for wrestling, eastern martial arts, aerobics, rehabilitation and others.

Accessories:

• Meteorological ribbons and gaskets (self-adhesive and ordinary)
• Thermo-insulation products
• Life jackets
• Insets in protective clothes
• Swimming facilities
• Insoles for sports footwear
• Orthopaedic  products
• Bicycle seats

Automobile industry:

• Acoustic insulation
• Vibrodamping

Estimated value of equipment:  3 980 000 EURO

Expected sources of financing:

• Direct investments, loan, crediting;
• Home funds.   

Term of realization: 2009 – 2011 y.y.
